We use the term “Knowledge Augmentation” or KA, the process of creating knowledge where a void exists to represent our unique Professional Services business model and product offerings that lessen the expertise, time and costs required to deploy leading business data technologies.

We are not yet another Staff Augmentation company, nor are we a Consulting Company. We are somewhat of a “hybrid” based on “Knowledge Augmentation.” We assist our clients in filling their data knowledge gaps on a temporary, part-time or full-time basis. Our KA business model is based on a full range of data products and service offerings that empower our clients with the advanced data knowledge they require.

Our KA offerings fall into one of three categories:
1. Resource Match – A comprehensive process of checks and balances to ensure that all temporary or full-time resources obtained from us are qualified and ready to “hit the ground running.” We know your time is valuable so we don’t waste your time having to screen and test non-qualified resources. Most of our competitors are business administrators and usually do not have the technical knowledge to properly qualify technical resources and instead bombard you with countless resumes. The same competitors merely type your requirements into a job board requisition and search incoming resumes for data “keywords” from a resource pool (generally subcontractors that are shared by almost every staffing agency).

As a network of data professionals, we already have a database of qualified resources that have gone through our rigorous technical examination for certification. We have data resources who are interested in contract and/or full-time employment.

2. DATA Quick-Starts – As a network of data professionals, we have leveraged many years of experience, knowledge and intellectual capital to produce “Quick Start” packages that allow us to quickly initiate your data projects and shorten the overall development and deployment lifecycle. These offerings lessen the expertise, time and costs required to deploy leading business data technologies. These products are used by our staff and may also be purchased separately by our clients.

3. Education – We offer both complimentary and fee based data education for all stakeholders through a number of venues that make it convenient to access for our clients. Our curriculums are based on the latest data technologies used in businesses and aligned with individual stakeholder interest with separate education tracks for Executives, Users and Technical stakeholders. All of our educational courses are focused on the respective target audience and are generally tool agnostic. Below are educational track examples:
